Gestalt Organisational Development Workshop

This one day workshop with the co-founders of Relational Change will introduce you to core principles behind our relational organizational gestalt (ROG), approach and explain why we believe this positions Gestalt practitioners at the leading edge of contemporary OD. The workshop is a collaboration between Relational Change, Gestaltakademin, Sweden and GestaltPraktiserende i Organisasjoner (GPO), Norway.

The workshop will be led by Marie-Anne Chidiac and Sally Denham-Vaughan.

The Process of Investigating the Phenomenological Experience of Relationality

Dr Dominic Hosemans, our current Researcher in Residence has been busy over the past year. His pioneering work offers a clients view of relational gestalt and describes three core outcomes of such work. At Relational Change, we are discussing possible links to our SOS, (Self, Other, Situation) framework and celebrating the creativity of Dominic's research.

Reflections on Leadership

Brexit is in the air this Spring, yet political leadership seems to be in disarray. In our April newsletter, Leanne O'Shea asks What does it mean to be leader? And more particularly, how do we understand leadership from a gestalt perspective? How does our theory inform our leadership practices?. We also hear news of Dr Dominic Hosemans investigations in the phenomenology of relationality (see above), and upcoming Relational Change workshops and courses.
